THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKESantander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for a Sales- **Structuring Executive Director based out of Madrid**. Professional Experience**
* 10+ years of experience in structured finance, structured credit, real estate finance, trading, origination and underwriting across EMEA.
* Proven ability to originate, structure, negotiate and manage transactions with a disciplined risk framework and strong focus on execution quality.
* Experience leading teams and working closely with trading, sales, syndication, legal and risk functions in large international institutionsEducation* Master in Finance or equivalentLanguages* English (Required)
* Spanish (Preferred)Hard Skills* Structured finance and structured credit
* Origination, underwriting and execution of complex transactions
* Risk management, hedging and restructuring
* Cross-border transaction structuring across EMEA
