MissionAs Optima Solutions Site Manager, you will act as the main liaison between PPG and the customer, ensuring effective communication, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage site activities, support issue resolution, and drive alignment between customer requirements and PPG operations. Monitor, track, and drive resolution of product, process, and quality issues.
Prepare and communicate operational, quality, and performance reports.
Support product launches, trials, industrialization activities, and material implementation projects.
Coordinate logistics activities, inventory visibility, and material availability with Supply Chain teams.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, or industrial environments.
Advanced English level (written and spoken).
Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Preferred QualificationsExperience within automotive, industrial manufacturing, coatings, chemicals, or related industries.
