You will work within a multidisciplinary team of software developers and DevOps engineers, responsible for building and evolving internal tools and services that support a diverse portfolio of clients, each with different business needs, priorities, and technical requirements.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable navigating change, and excited about the opportunities that emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), bring to product development and business innovation.
What You'll Do
Product Ownership & StrategyContribute to defining and evolving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal tools and software solutions.
Take ownership of product decisions within your area of responsibility, balancing business value, user experience, technical feasibility, and long-term sustainability.
Define success metrics and use data, feedback, and insights to drive continuous product improvement.
Product Development & DeliveryWork closely with software developers, DevOps engineers, and Architecture teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
Balance new feature development, technical debt, innovation, and ongoing product maintenance.
Apply AI tools and technologies to enhance product discovery, requirements analysis, decision-making, and day-to-day productivity.
What You'll BringEssential Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role within a software development environment.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern software delivery practices.
Nice to HaveExperience working with multidisciplinary teams combining software development and DevOps engineering.
Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud technologies, APIs, infrastructure automation, or developer tooling.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, AI integrations, or AI-powered product features.
Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitLab.
Familiarity with product discovery techniques, prototyping, and data-driven product management.
Product Owner or Agile certifications.
Are genuinely interested in technology and excited about how AI is transforming software development.
