What You Do
Prepare comprehensive monthly revenue reporting
- encompassing variance analysis, trend identification, and management commentary
- that distils complex financial data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor revenue performance, applying advanced analytics to deliver predictive insight. Refine and enhance revenue forecasting models, incorporating operational inputs from business units to ensure precision and alignment with strategic objectives. Identify risks and opportunities across revenue streams and proactively recommend appropriate corrective action. Validate and reconcile data across ERP and BI systems to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout global operations. Serve as a trusted partner to finance, IT service delivery, and account management teams, fostering alignment on revenue-related activities. Drive continuous improvement across revenue controlling processes
- identifying automation and AI opportunities and championing the adoption of approved tools to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency. What You Bring Proven experience in financial controlling/FP&A, at least 4 years' experience in Finance Planning and analytics, or revenue and business analysis, ideally gained within an international environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modelling, Power Query, Power Pivot). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Think-Cell). A working knowledge of AI tools and prompt-engineering fundamentals, together with a sound understanding of core AI principles and their practical application. Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach within a dynamic, international environment. A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. Fluent English; Spanish and/or German aplus.
