The role requires you to be present at one of our locations at least part of the time.
The PositionYou will to take ownership of transformer and magnetic component design across our portfolio of mission-critical power solutions. You will be a key member of the Technical Design Leadership Team, driving performance, cost competitiveness, and supplier strategy for magnetic components used in industrial UPS, rectifiers, and energy applications.
The role requires you to be present at one of our locations at least part of the time.
Main ResponsibilitiesLead transformer & magnetic design strategyDefine and optimize transformer architecture across applications (UPS, rectifiers, hydrogen, etc.). Balance performance, footprint, efficiency, harmonics, and cost.
Drive design optimization & competitivenessOptimize transformer selection.
Ensure strong ROI through design-to-cost and sourcing levers.
Technical leadershipAct as internal reference for magnetic design (LV/MV transformers, chokes). Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering ideally.7+ years of experience in electromagnetic design, insulation systems, thermal behavior, harmonics.
