Become familiar with our software, our clients, and the wide variety of technical and functional challenges that can arise during software development, implementation projects, and post-implementation support. Act as a key interface between Software Development, Sales, and Product Management, supporting all customer-related matters. Providing technical and functional support as well as training for consultants. Supporting our software development process, from business analysis through testing. Defining and implementing test strategies based on a solid understanding of our clients’ needs. Performing business analysis and solution design activities. Providing technical and functional support as well as training for consultants. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance (or an equivalent field). Fluency in Spanish (minimum C1) and English; additional language skills are considered an advantage. Extensive training and professional development opportunities.
