We're revolutionizing the retail landscape by building an ultra-fast delivery service that will delight customers across major European cities. As senior Planning Manager in Quick Commerce Central Operations, you will own the operational mechanisms, processes, and communication frameworks that enable seamless execution across the EU Quick Commerce network. You will lead business reviews, design and implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce defects, and scale operations. The position offers a 10h20 to 18h30 fix schedule, with working days being Tuesday to Saturday. Business Reviews & Performance Management Lead and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews across the Quick Commerce network, driving accountability and action on key performance metrics
Design and implement business review mechanisms that enable data-driven decision making and rapid issue resolution
Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into operational health
Define and document standard operating procedures for shift handovers, ensuring seamless continuity of operations across time zones and shifts
Design and implement quality control mechanisms to ensure adherence to standard work
Facilitate information flow across shifts, ensuring critical context is preserved during handovers
Data Analysis & Insights
Use data to inform operational decisions, capacity planning, and resource allocation
You will balance leading business reviews with designing operational improvements and supporting live operations. Your day may include facilitating a network-wide DBR, deep diving on delivery performance trends, collaborating with schedulers on shift handover protocols, partnering with site operators on process gaps, and analyzing data to inform capacity decisions. You will continuously evaluate opportunities to improve delivery speed, quality, and cost while contributing to the long-term strategy of Quick Commerce operations.
Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferred
Experience performing data analysis in manufacturing, production, distribution, logistics environments, retail, or grocery in a management role
Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
