At La Casita de Inglés, we make learning a fun experience for children. We teach English through engaging activities like games, arts & crafts, singing, dancing, theatre, yoga, and baking. Our approach is interactive and enjoyable, with no exams.
Key Responsibilities- Support teaching staff to deliver high-quality programming and maintain a positive team culture.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, group management, and classroom preparation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate supplies, prep materials, and maintain an organized, well-functioning space.
- Use internal systems to track student information, team updates, and classroom documentation.
We seek a proactive, organized, and people-focused Manager to lead our center's daily operations. This role involves team leadership, parent communication, classroom oversight, and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working with children.
- Candidates must be bilingual – native English speaker with fluent Spanish.
- Must have previous experience in managing a team in a work environment.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is an asset.
