About us
We believe learning should be fun and engaging. At La Casita de Inglés, we provide a unique English learning experience for children through interactive activities such as games, arts & crafts, singing, dancing, theatre, and yoga.
No exams are conducted. Our classes are designed to be small and interactive, with a maximum of 8 children per class in our after-school programme.
Operations Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and coaching teaching staff to ensure high-quality programming and a positive team culture
- Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, group management, and classroom readiness
- Coordinating with parents to ensure a smooth and supportive experience
- Maintaining safety protocols and company policies
- Organizing supplies, materials, and maintaining a well-functioning space
- Using internal systems to track student information and classroom documentation
- Ensuring all classes run smoothly and the quality of our service remains outstanding
About the Role
This is a dynamic role that combines team leadership, parent communication, classroom oversight, and logistical coordination. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Manager who excels in dynamic environments and enjoys working with children.
Requirements
- Bilingual—native English speaker with fluent Spanish
- Previous experience in managing a team in a work environment
- Excellent customer service skills
Additional assets include previous experience in customer service and sales.
