- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
- Negotiate and close large-scale contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential threats and opportunities in the market.
- Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and service levels.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and customer support.
- Coordinate with other regional directors to share best practices and align on company-wide goals.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Track regional performance metrics, including sales revenue, pipeline activity, and team performance.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, or similar role.
- A minimum of 7 years in sales management, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience in leading and developing sales teams.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive results.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics tools.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Travel:
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
