Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our TMS product team, with the aim to be specifically supporting our Core Platform Team as their dedicated Product Manager. The Core Platform Team team owns several products of vital importance for LanguageWire and our perfect candidate would ideally have previous experience and knowledge working at least with some of those in the past. Some of the team's main ownerships include (but are not limited to): Platform Services & Microservices (storage, authentication, notifications, etc.) Reporting Backoffice Integrations (CRM, ERP...) AI Integrations The mission is simple: build new products and functionalities that customers want, need, and use, while maintaining the existing ones. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering team while collaborating with product leadership, commercial teams, customer success, support, and strategic partners to define and deliver products that create measurable customer and business value. Help us make localization a seamless part of every customer's workflow. The role you'll play Your mission is to grow and evolve LanguageWire's Core Platform ecosystem. You are accountable for identifying, validating, delivering, and supporting initiatives within our Core Platform team, that enable customers to connect, automate, and scale multilingual content workflows. You will own product outcomes, ensuring that what you are working on solves real customer problems while contributing to customer adoption, retention, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. The team you'll be a part of You will be part of a cross-functional, autonomous product team consisting of engineering and product professionals focused on core functionalities, integrations and transformation services. You will collaborate closely with engineering, commercial teams, customer success, support, leadership, and development partners to deliver meaningful outcomes. The team takes ownership of the complete lifecycle of its products: from discovery and delivery through launch, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Success depends on combining customer insight, business context, product judgment, and strong cross-functional collaboration. In 6/12 months, you'll know you were successful if... Develop a deep understanding of our full TMS (platform, TMMS, TBMS), customer workflows, integration challenges, market opportunities, and the language technology ecosystem. Establish and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for TMS aligned with LanguageWire's strategic objectives. Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and scalability. Deliver meaningful improvements to the adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction around the existing features and functionalities. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, customers and product peers, becoming a trusted voice for TMS team across the company. Successfully balance innovation with operational excellence. Demonstrate measurable impact through increased adoption, retention, operational efficiency, and commercial success. What you'll need
to bring You are an experienced Product Manager comfortable operating in a highly technical environment where customer workflows, integrations, and business outcomes intersect. You: Practice continuous discovery and start with understanding your own products, workflows and problems. Can evaluate opportunities based on customer value, feasibility, viability, and strategic alignment. Work effectively with engineers and are comfortable discussing technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understand how to prioritize between new product development and ongoing maintenance obligations. Use data, customer feedback, and business objectives to inform decisions. Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across commercial, technical, and leadership teams. Take ownership of outcomes rather than simply delivering features. Have experience driving product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution. Are comfortable managing complexity and making decisions in ambiguous environments.
