Senior Recruiter - Sales / GTM

This is a 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Madrid or Lisbon. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and thriving in a collaborative environment.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Sales recruitment, a solid network of GTM professionals, and a genuine interest in the latest GTM trends and developments. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top Sales and GTM talent across various disciplines, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and attracting top Sales and GTM talent across various disciplines.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their unique needs.
  • Innovating and improving our recruitment processes to stay ahead in the competitive tech market.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Sales recruitment (4+ years).
  • Strong network of GTM professionals in your location and beyond.
  • Genuine interest in the latest GTM trends and developments.
  • Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering top talent quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire candidates and clients.
Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid position, working from the office for 2 days per week.
