Are gastronomy and hospitality your passion? Do you thrive when leading a dedicated team and creating memorable experiences for guests? For our Son Manera Retreat Finca in Mallorca, operated by Indigourlaub GmbH, we are looking for an experienced Retreat Center Manager to lead our charming 25-room finca located on the outskirts of Montuiri, just 30 minutes from Palma. Our retreat center specializes in yoga, meditation, and seminar holidays, offering an authentic and tranquil atmosphere surrounded by nature.

In this versatile leadership role, you will take full responsibility for daily operations and ensure our guests feel completely at home throughout their stay. You will coordinate and motivate a team of around ten employees while actively participating in daily routines. Your core tasks include:

Leading, organizing, and motivating a team of approximately 10 employees across all departments
Welcoming guests with check-in, check-out, accurate billing, and personal advice on excursions and hiking across Mallorca
Actively supporting daily service shifts during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Managing behind-the-scenes administrative duties, including preparatory bookkeeping
Maintaining smooth operational workflows and keeping a calm, composed attitude even during busy periods

To succeed in this position, you bring a genuine enthusiasm for holistic concepts, mindful hospitality, and teamwork. You should meet the following requirements:

Solid professional experience in gastronomy and the hotel industry
Proven leadership ability with a reliable, structured, and hands-on mindset
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, German, and Spanish
A well-groomed appearance, friendly nature, and authentic guest-focused attitude
Existing permanent residency on Mallorca and your own car for daily commuting

We offer a permanent year-round position with a 40-hour working week and two fixed days off per week.
