About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide information security strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the implementation and management of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead and manage the information security team, fostering a culture of security excellence.
• Establish and manage the information security budget.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and audit activities related to information security.
• Lead the incident response program, ensuring effective and timely resolution of security breaches.
• Drive the development and implementation of security awareness training programs.
• Represent the company on security matters to the board, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Ensure the security of all IT systems, networks, and data assets.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information security leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CISO or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies.
• Proven expertise in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and application security.
• Demonstrated experience in leading incident response and crisis management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets and security teams.
• Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical issues into business-relevant terms.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
