The Team:

You will join the Deal Operations & Analysis team, which is part of the Finance organization. We are responsible that our quote-to-order process runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, we are collaborating with cross-functional teams within the company, including GTM, Pricing, Legal, Product & Engineering, to integrate business requirements and continuously enhance related processes for operational optimization.

The Role:

As a Deal Operations & Analysis Intern, you will be responsible for the provisioning process for our global customers. You will work closely with the Go-To-Market, Product, and Finance organization to ensure business requirements of high quality. As part of the Deal Operations & Analysis team, you will steer and optimize the current provisioning process to live up to Celonis’ growth ambitions.

The work you’ll do:

• Manage Celonis’ global provisioning activities by ensuring the timely provisioning of new subscriptions and maintaining existing subscriptions based on customer contracts
• Being the point of contact for subscriptions, partners, and internal stakeholders for all provisioning-related questions
• Continuous review of existing processes to identify improvements and automation possibilities
• Collaborate with the Product team to maintain the knowledge hub of all provisioning changes and integrate new solutions
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliant and state-of-the-art provisioning processes
• Support the preparation of monthly reports and help maintain the policy and documentation repository to ensure it remains accurate and up to date.
• Participate in team initiatives and process improvement activities, such as conformance checks and data clean-up exercises.
• Support the FinOps team with ad hoc tasks and booking activities

The qualifications you need:

• Completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (B.A. or B.Sc.)
• Relevant working experience in Consulting, Cloud/SaaS Business, Finance, Operations or comparable fields.
• Creative, high energy, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable running initiatives and projects independently
• Work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships
• Detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
• Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly, while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
