Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for dance, and a deep understanding of the dancewear market. As a Sales Agent, you will represent our brand, build relationships with clients, and drive sales in Spain and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Represent the company and promote our dancewear products to clients in Spain and Latin America.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dance schools, studios, and retailers.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  4. Understand the unique needs of our clients and provide tailored product recommendations.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications :

  1. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in selling dancewear or related products.
  3. Background as a dancer or deep understanding of the dance community and its needs.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus.
