Job Overview: Sales Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent to represent our brand and drive sales in Spain and Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for dance, and a deep understanding of the dancewear market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company and promote our dancewear products to clients in Spain and Latin America.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dance schools, studios, and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Understand the unique needs of our clients and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling dancewear or related products.
  • Background as a dancer or deep understanding of the dance community and its needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus.
