In Spain and Portugal, innocent has been growing fast and is now a strong brand in the chilled juice category.

To support this growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Brand Manager in Madrid, responsible for our marketing mix in both Spain and Portugal. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing a variety of projects, has a strong sense of ownership, and is always seeking innovative ways to grow the market with a motivated and fun team. Plus, you'll work for an inspiring B Corp.

Your role :

You'll be responsible for :

  • Developing the activation plan, including creative, media, experiences, and in-store initiatives;
  • Managing our drinker communication channels (responding to emails, social media messages);
  • Understanding the portfolio in your markets and making strategic recommendations (e.g., new products, formats, channels);
  • Creating monthly performance reports for Spain, analyzing the success of activations and product ranges;
  • Ensuring successful product launches in your markets;
  • Aligning with the commercial team to ensure marketing and sales work harmoniously.

You'll also :

  • Collaborate closely with communication, category management, trade marketing, and sales teams;
  • Work with the Group (London headquarters) and other countries where our drinks are sold.
What you'll need :
  • Experience in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG, with a creative flair and strong communication skills;
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously;
  • A passion for creativity and experience working with agencies to produce engaging work that reflects the innocent brand;
  • Comfort working with consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar, GfK) and using it to inform decisions;
  • Self-driven, passionate, enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, able to deliver in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at engaging cross-functional teams and external partners;
  • Native Spanish speaker with proficient English skills;
  • Portuguese language skills are a big plus;
