Enhance and Develop Your Career in the World of Spirits

As a Brand and Trade Manager at Amer Global Brands, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of brands in the Iberian Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Management:
  • Create and execute brand strategies to maximize distribution and visibility across Spain and Portugal.
  • Develop annual brand plans with hands-on expertise on consumer and category trends.
  • Lead brand building initiatives to increase sales and implement trade marketing activities.
  • Manage projects related to image and awareness development for assigned brands.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to strengthen our position in the market.
  • Maintain communication across all touchpoints with clients, including digital presence and POSM.
  • Recommend brand initiatives aligned with key consumption moments using media, events, sponsorships, and public relations.
  • Trade Management:
  • Implement trade marketing plans for specific brands, ensuring alignment with sales teams and customer needs.
  • Plan, execute, and report on on-trade activities to drive sales growth.
  • Understand shopper, consumer, and customer behavior at the point of sale.
  • Serve as a link between the brand owner and sales team to align brand needs with channel strategies.
  • Foster open communication of customer needs from sales to brand owners.
  • Contribute to commercial and marketing strategies to drive business results.
  • Evaluate activity improvements and monitor competitor activities across channels.
  • Develop precise plans and toolkits for the on-trade channel to drive efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead a team of two members to achieve brand objectives.
  • Empower the team to take ownership and drive results.
  • Maintain alignment with organizational sales goals and track team performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Regularly monitor and report on A&P spending, consumer pricing, project execution, sales, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in brand management or trade marketing, with a proven track record of working closely with sales teams.
  • Detailed knowledge of the premium wines and spirits industry or on-trade channels is highly desirable.
  • Strong business planning skills, capable of analyzing, planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating projects independently.
  • Experience in trade activities, execution, and planning, including developing toolkits for sales teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales teams.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English language proficiency is required.
  • Ability to travel for brand events, activations, and market visits with sales teams.
