Our client, a global leader in the manufacturing industry, specializing in distributing essential raw materials across various sectors, is seeking a Customer Representative to join their team in Barcelona.

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience, from order management to shipment coordination. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and building strong customer relationships. Tasks
  1. Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with agreements
  2. Coordinate with other internal departments to arrange shipments and monitor outbound activities
  3. Monitor customer credit status, handle returns, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  4. Act as a first-level point of contact for internal departments
  5. Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demands
Requirements
  1. Full Professional level of French
  2. Full Professional level of English
  3. 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role
  4. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and/or Salesforce
  5. Great communication and interpersonal skills
  6. An active listener who thrives in collaborative environments
  7. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset
  8. Excellent organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach
