We are currently looking for an Account Manager based in La Linea, Spain, to join our team. As an Account Manager focusing on working with existing partners, active sales, and compliance support at BetGames, you'll take the reins on both maintaining current accounts and expanding our customer footprint.
Customer Relationship Management: proactively develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring optimal positioning of our games, timely launch of new products and features, and handling daily requests.
Compliance Support: lead certification projects and own relationships with testing labs.
Active Sales: execute sales strategies to extend our market share and increase revenue.
Project Management: coordinate with legal, compliance, integrations, and product teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Sales Pipeline: maintain and develop the sales pipeline with a focus on upsell opportunities and strategic growth.
Represent BetGames at industry events and conferences, leveraging networking opportunities for active sales prospects.
Regularly update the Head of Account Management, Head of Sales, and other stakeholders on sales activities, account performance, market trends, and competitor movements.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, account management, VIP management, or similar roles is required.
Excellent communication and English skills are a must.
Unquestionable reliability and discipline, particularly in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
Work from our shared local office in La Linea, Spain, with flexibility to work remotely when needed.
