Are you an experienced carpenter with solid technical skills looking for a secure, long-term opportunity on the island? A woodworking company in Binissalem, Mallorca, is looking for a skilled carpenter to join their workshop team. If you enjoy working with modern machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and shaping quality woodwork, this full-time role offers you a stable position in the heart of Mallorca.
Core tasks
- Interpreting technical blueprints and project drawings accurately
- Preparing and machining wooden components using CNC equipment
- Utilizing AutoCAD software for technical layouts and planning
- Conducting quality control checks on finished pieces to ensure precise specifications
- Performing routine maintenance and basic upkeep of workshop machinery
Requirements
- An intermediate vocational qualification (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà or equivalent) in carpentry or wood manufacturing
- At least 12 months of relevant professional experience in carpentry and machine operation
- Solid IT skills, including hands-on familiarity with AutoCAD and CNC systems
- A valid category B driving licence
This position offers a permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) on a full-time schedule. You will work standard morning shifts from 07:00 to 15:00, allowing you to enjoy your afternoons. The gross annual salary is 20,977.93 EUR in accordance with the applicable collective agreement (retribution calculated according to days worked, which may cause slight monthly variations).
