Junior Python Developer

We are looking for a Python Developer with strong hands-on AI experience to join a project focused on building an AI-driven document analysis platform using LLMs, RAG architectures and multi-agent workflows.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of scalable AI solutions, with a strong focus on document processing, retrieval, structured AI agents and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, RAG and AI Agents.
• Design provider-agnostic interfaces for LLMs and embedding models.
• Build document ingestion pipelines including PDF parsing, OCR, chunking, metadata tagging, embeddings and vector indexing.
• Develop hybrid semantic and keyword-based retrieval mechanisms.
• Implement AI agents with structured inputs and outputs.
• Work with vector databases, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
• Develop evaluation frameworks covering retrieval quality, classification accuracy, citation validity and prompt performance.
• Ensure scalability, explainability, security and data-residency compliance.
• Produce technical documentation and collaborate with technical SMEs and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies is mandatory.
