Nuestro cliente es una startup en plena fase de crecimiento, líder en el sector hotelero, con 11 establecimientos operativos y oficinas en el centro de Barcelona. Para seguir optimizando su estrategia comercial, buscamos incorporar un / a Revenue Manager altamente analítico y con una sólida base en pricing.

Responsabilidades
  1. Definición de estrategias de pricing: Diseñar e implementar modelos de fijación de precios para maximizar ingresos y rentabilidad en los diferentes glampings.
  2. Análisis de demanda y elasticidad de precios: Evaluar tendencias del mercado y comportamientos de los clientes para ajustar estrategias de pricing en función de la estacionalidad y otros factores.
  3. Optimización de ingresos: Desarrollar modelos de predicción y optimización de precios basados en datos históricos y en tiempo real.
  4. Gestor de datos y KPIs: Monitorizar y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para evaluar el impacto de las estrategias de revenue y proponer mejoras.
  5. Machine learning & automatización: Si cuenta con experiencia en machine learning, explorar la automatización de procesos de pricing y predicción de tendencias.
  6. Colaboración interdepartamental: Trabajar estrechamente con Marketing, Finanzas y Operaciones para alinear estrategias comerciales con objetivos de negocio.
  7. Reporting y presentaciones: Elaborar informes y recomendaciones para la Dirección de Revenue Management y otros stakeholders clave.
Perfil buscado
  1. Formación en Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería Industrial, Econometría o similar.
  2. Experiencia de 4-5 años en Pricing, Revenue Management o posiciones analíticas similares.
  3. Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  4. Capacidad estratégica y visión de negocio.
  5. Experiencia en análisis de precios y toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  6. Nivel alto de inglés.
  7. Valorable conocimiento en machine learning o automatización de pricing.
