Are you passionate about talent selection and want to take your first steps in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition? At BDO, we are looking to bring on an intern eager to learn, develop their skills, and take part in recruitment processes in a professional, dynamic, and international environment.
Задачи
- Take part in recruitment processes, from publishing job ads to identifying and evaluating candidates.
- Screen resumes and actively search for profiles through different channels and platforms.
- Assist with telephone and competency-based interviews.
- Manage and update the candidate database.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on recruitment processes.
- Maintain close communication with candidates throughout the different stages of the process.
- Work with the team to identify and attract talent aligned with the needs of different business areas.
Требования
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Interest in personnel selection, recruitment, and talent identification.
- Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
- Будет плюсом: Postgraduate training related to Human Resources will be valued;
- Previous experience in recruitment or knowledge of recruitment tools will be valued
