Hotel Receptionist Full-Time

The Camp de Mar Hotel & Resort in Andratx is looking for a motivated and welcoming Receptionist to join its international front desk team. Located in the picturesque southwest of Mallorca, right next to Port d'Andratx, embedded in an 18-hole golf course and just 250 meters from the Mediterranean beach, this full-time role offers you an inspiring workplace where work and island lifestyle come together naturally.

In your day-to-day work at the front desk, you will be the heart of guest relations and ensure every visitor enjoys an unforgettable stay on Mallorca.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with seamless check-in and check-out procedures, rooming, and providing a comprehensive hotel introduction on arrival
• Handling daily front desk operations, phone calls, and administrative correspondence
• Advising guests on island activities, local sights, excursions, and handling all individual inquiries with care
• Managing guest feedback and complaints professionally in close cooperation with the Guest Relations Management and hotel direction
• Processing individual reservations and supporting group booking arrangements
• Coordinating smoothly with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage

What you bring to the team:

• Very good spoken and written German skills, combined with solid communication skills in English and Spanish
• Initial professional experience at a hotel front desk or in guest relations
• Passion for hospitality and a dedicated, guest-oriented mindset
• A positive presence, excellent communication skills, and high reliability
