Role Description:

Arcadia Web3 Technologies Inc. is seeking a Crypto Fund and Portfolio Strategy Specialist for a full-time remote position based in Spain. This role will focus on digital asset research, crypto fund analysis, portfolio construction, capital allocation, and investment strategy across cryptocurrency and Web3 markets. The specialist will evaluate investment opportunities, monitor portfolio performance, assess market risks, and develop data-driven recommendations to support portfolio strategy and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Research cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, crypto funds, and emerging Web3 investment opportunities.
• Analyze Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, and blockchain infrastructure projects.
• Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, diversification, and rebalancing strategies.
• Evaluate digital assets and blockchain ventures through fundamental research, tokenomics analysis, and market assessment.
• Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity, volatility, drawdowns, concentration, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Research investment opportunities across decentralized finance, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, tokenization, staking, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Conduct due diligence on digital asset projects, including business models, technology, adoption, token distribution, and competitive positioning.
• Track institutional investment activity, venture funding, market cycles, capital flows, and investor sentiment.
• Assess hedging strategies, liquidity requirements, and portfolio risk controls.
• Perform scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate portfolio resilience under changing market conditions.
• Monitor developments in digital ownership, tokenized music assets, creator economies, and blockchain-based monetization.
• Evaluate how Web3 technologies can create investment opportunities across entertainment and other digital industries.
• Track regulatory and market developments affecting digital assets in Spain and the European Union.
• Collaborate with strategy, technology, and business teams to support investment decisions and portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in investment research, portfolio analysis, asset management, financial markets, fintech, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Knowledge of portfolio construction, capital allocation, diversification, and risk management.
• Ability to evaluate investment opportunities using financial modeling, market data, and fundamental research.
• Familiarity with tokenomics, digital asset valuation, and blockchain-based business models.
• Knowledge of blockchain analytics tools and cryptocurrency market research platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Python or SQL experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial and technical information into actionable investment insights.
• Interest in digital ownership, tokenization, and blockchain applications within the music and entertainment industries is an advantage.
• Understanding of Spain's and the European Union's digital asset markets and regulatory landscape is preferred.
• Professional English proficiency and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
