Задачи
- Lead and manage cross-product line projects from inception to completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing
- Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans
Требования
- University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or a related field
- Master’s degree or preferably PhD
- technicians with a Bachelor’s degree and more than 5 years of experience may be considered under certain circumstances
- Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology
- Profound knowledge of laboratory and production‑scale equipment used for emulsions and Delivery System technologies and products
- Profound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with intercultural and cross‑functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Nice to have: Experience in the research and production of delivery systems and surfactants, knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives, and Personal Care.
