As a Commercial & Marketing Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of the organization by partnering with commercial teams and providing strategic financial guidance. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other business units to analyze financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable insights. Your role will involve financial planning, forecasting, pricing analysis, and business case development.
Responsibilities:- Financial Analysis and Performance Management: Analyze financial performance of the commercial line, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and monitor KPIs and metrics.
- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans while providing financial guidance aligned with business objectives.
- Business Partnership and Decision Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the commercial team on pricing, promotions, investments, and customers.
- Financial Modeling and Scenario Analysis: Assess the financial impact of different business initiatives and provide recommendations based on financial modeling.
- Stakeholder Management and Reporting: Present financial reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders while building strong relationships with commercial teams.
- House in order/Internal controls: Ensure a strong control environment and compliance with external and internal requirements, including accounting standards and audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in related roles, with a focus on commercial finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and Excel.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics.
- Experience in the industry or relevant sectors is highly desirable.
- Availability to be assigned to different finance positions worldwide in the mid-term.
- Ability to work fluently in both Spanish and English.
