Siemens Smart Infrastructure's strategic communication function comprises a closely-knit network of communicators, marketing and sales across the Siemens Group. Its primary role is to position Siemens Smart Infrastructure as a strategic partner for the digital transformation and decarbonization of infrastructures and industries in Spain.

Siemens SI communication business partner promotes the company digital innovations both within the organization and to external stakeholders. Together with the business, the communication is tailored to each target group and is easy to understand.

We leverage a wide range of media and methods, both within and outside the Siemens communications environment, and harness the potential of data-driven communication analysis techniques.

Your responsibilities.

Siemens SI communication business partner plays a crucial role in shaping a company's image and maintaining consistent messaging. Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective communication strategy aligned with the company's brand and goals.

Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and distribute content such as publications, press releases, website material, and annual reports.
  • Craft speeches and other marketing content that communicates the organization's activities, products and services.
  • Editorial planning and production of content for Siemens' internal and external social media channels, and internal newsletters.

Media Relations:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with journalists.
  • Develop a content media strategy and plan.
  • Design, production, and post-production of innovative communication media (e.g. videos, podcasts).

Project Supervision:

  • Ensure all content is publication-ready.
  • Monitoring, conducting impact analyses, and formulating suitable communication measures for internal and external communication channels and initiatives.
  • Collaborating in the planning, organization, and implementation of online and offline events.

Your talents and experience.

  • Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in communications science, business management, marketing, or a similar field of study.
  • A keen interest in and a natural inclination toward technical subjects and communication-related topics.
  • Able to work independently and proactively contribute your own creative ideas.
  • Experience in media relations management, content creation, project management and event management.
  • Experience in strategic planning, campaign management, performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of social media channels such as X, LinkedIn etc., and foundational knowledge of web analytics.
  • A genuine passion for writing and a strong command of visual language.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Able to start immediately.
