A Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist role with a confidential international e-commerce company focused on customer support, complex case resolution, cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement. Ideal Profile less than 35 years old Model: On-site Location: Valencia, Spain Language: Dutch + English Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 Salary: €1,700–€1,900 gross/month Start: ASAP In short: Dutch Customer Experience + E-Commerce + Multichannel Support + Problem Solving + Process Improvement

Requirements:
- Native/near-native Dutch
- Minimum 1 year of fast-paced customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm and resilient under pressure
- Comfortable working with KPIs and multiple channels
- Based in or near Valencia
- Eligible to work in Spain / EU work eligibility
- Available to start ASAP
- Salary expectation aligned with €1,700–€1,900 gross/month

Relocation support included: 1 Month accommodation if relocating Requirement: Based near Valencia with EU work eligibility; no visa sponsorship
