En Patterson Travel buscamos a un Responsable Comercial para el área de Business Travel para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Palma de Mallorca.

El candidato ideal será responsable de la captación y gestión de clientes corporativos, desarrollando relaciones comerciales sólidas y ofreciendo soluciones de viajes personalizadas que optimicen el valor y la eficiencia de los viajes de negocios de nuestros clientes.

Tareas

Serás responsable de identificar oportunidades de negocio, gestionar el ciclo de ventas de principio a fin y asegurar una atención excelente a nuestros clientes corporativos, asegurando que sus necesidades de viajes sean cubiertas de manera eficiente y rentable. Captación de nuevos clientes para business travel y departamento MICE.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prospección de nuevos clientes corporativos, identificando oportunidades de negocio dentro del mercado de viajes de negocios.
  • Gestión de cuentas clave, manteniendo relaciones sólidas y de confianza con empresas ya establecidas.
  • Desarrollo de propuestas comerciales atractivas y personalizadas para empresas, alineadas con sus necesidades específicas de viajes.
  • Negociación de contratos y acuerdos comerciales que maximicen el valor tanto para el cliente como para la agencia.
  • Presentación de productos y servicios a empresas, destacando los beneficios de trabajar con la agencia.
  • Seguimiento continuo de las cuentas para asegurar un servicio de calidad y proponer mejoras en la gestión de los viajes de negocios.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos (operaciones, atención al cliente, etc.) para asegurar que las soluciones de viaje se implementen correctamente y cumplan con las expectativas del cliente.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado de viajes corporativos, las políticas de viajes empresariales y las ofertas de la competencia.
  • Monitorear el desempeño de las ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos y proponiendo planes de acción cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos
  • Formación Superior / Grado universitario : En administración de empresas, turismo, marketing o carreras relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento de la industria de viajes corporativos y los desafíos que enfrentan las empresas en la gestión de sus viajes.
  • Mínimo de 3 a 5 años en ventas dentro de la industria de viajes corporativos o un sector relacionado.
  • Familiaridad con GDS / Amadeus
