Queremos seguir creciendo y por ello, buscamos una persona con más de 3 años de experiencia como Business Consultant que potencie el mercado Español.

Tareas

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás el encargado/a de generar, gestionar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con clientes. Tu función principal es maximizar la satisfacción del cliente, impulsar las ventas y contribuir al crecimiento del negocio en el mercado Español.

Responsabilidades y Funciones:

Desarrollo de Relaciones:

  • Realizar búsqueda activa de clientes potenciales que utilicen ERP NAV/BC.
  • Contactar a clientes potenciales a través de llamadas telefónicas.
  • Presentar productos o servicios de la empresa de manera persuasiva.

Conducir Ventas:

  • Identificar las necesidades del cliente y adaptar la oferta en consecuencia.
  • Realizar seguimiento efectivo para cerrar ventas.

Proporcionar Información:

  • Responder preguntas de los clientes sobre productos, precios y condiciones.
  • Informar sobre promociones, descuentos y otras ofertas.

Registrar Información:

  • Mantener registros precisos de las llamadas y resultados en la base de datos.
  • Documentar la información relevante sobre clientes potenciales.

Cumplir con Objetivos de Ventas:

  • Trabajar hacia la consecución de metas y objetivos de ventas establecidos.

Brindar Servicio al Cliente:

  • Gestionar consultas y quejas de manera efectiva.
  • Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente durante y después de la venta.

Colaborar con el Equipo:

  • Comunicarse de manera efectiva con el equipo de ventas y otros departamentos.
  • Compartir información relevante para mejorar las estrategias de ventas.

Actualizar Conocimientos:

  • Mantenerse informado sobre los productos, servicios y políticas de la empresa.
  • Participar en sesiones de capacitación para mejorar habilidades de ventas.
Requisitos

Requisitos:

Habilidades de Comunicación:

  • Excelentes habilidades verbales y escritas.
  • Capacidad para expresarse de manera clara y persuasiva.

Orientación a Resultados:

  • Enfoque en la consecución de metas y objetivos de ventas.

Conocimiento del Producto:

  • Familiaridad con los productos o servicios que ofrece la empresa.

Empatía y Paciencia:

  • Capacidad para comprender las necesidades del cliente y manejar objeciones.

Habilidades Organizativas:

  • Capacidad para gestionar y mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes.

Adaptabilidad:

  • Flexibilidad para ajustarse a cambios en los productos, políticas o estrategias de ventas.

Idiomas (valorable):

  • B2 inglés
