Since 2015, our commitment has been to empower our customers to break free from the constraints of an oversaturated market. We strive to offer a fresh perspective, giving them, hoteliers and our partners, the flexibility, opportunities and choices they deserve.

About the team

At Stayforlong we are currently a team of 80 people working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where people have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

Currently, we’re developing our Customer Experience department and we need a Customer Experience Agent (trainee).

Tasks

What you’ll do:

  • Liaising with customers and external partners to resolve issues by phone and email on topics such as reservations changes, cancellations or confirmations of orders, refunds, special requests, etc.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
  • Participate in new projects for which we need your help such as process improvement, Business continuity plan, etc.
  • Resolving customer complaints, responding to phone calls and email requests and maintaining customer service records.
Requirements

What you will bring:

  • You are studying Tourism or similar.
  • You can sign an agreement with your University.
  • Native/High Italian
  • High-Medium English level.
  • Proficiency working with English and another European language is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge when using Microsoft Office (including Excel).
  • Good communication skills
  • Possitive atitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Customer Service will be highly valuable.
