Puede encontrar toda la información relevante en la descripción a continuación.Customer Support & Technical After Sales Specialistto support our Italian and English-speaking markets and distributors.This is a strategic role that combinescustomer service, technical after-sales support and operational coordination.If you are passionate about cycling, have strong technical skills, and enjoy helping customers and international partners, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:• Provide support to customers, distributors, and sales representatives inItalian and English.• Resolve after-sales incidents efficiently and professionally.• Offer technical support related to mechanics, warranties, spare parts and product setups.• Maintain and update technical documentation and spare parts databases.• Coordinate with the international sales team on operations, orders, deliveries and commercial needs.• Manage orders, stock availability, inquiries and day-to-day support for the Italian and international markets.• Participate in training sessions for technical and commercial teams in different markets.Profile Requirements:• Previous experience in customer service and after-sales support.• Strong technical knowledge of bicycles (MTB, road, gravel, e-bikes).•Fluent Italian + English(Spanish and other languages will be valued).• Communicative, proactive, problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and continuous improvement mentality.• Experience using B2B platforms and digital tools.• Residence inGirona or nearby areas(100% on-site position).What we offer:• A key position within a fast-growing international brand.• A young, dynamic and cycling-passionate work environment.• Participation in strategic projects, product launches and global expansion.• Real opportunities for professional development.• Competitive conditions and long-term stability.• Immediate incorporation.Ready to join a brand in full international expansion? xcskxlj Send us your CV and become part of the Megamo universe
