Formarás parte del equipo de Gestión de Proyectos de inversión de la Fábrica. Tus responsabilidades:

  1. Gestionar y / o realizar las fases de diseño, implementación y puesta en marcha de proyectos de inversión de capital en Fábrica, dentro del ámbito definido de responsabilidad o especialización.
  2. Asegurar que se cumplen los objetivos del proyecto de inversión, las especificaciones de diseño y que los estándares de Nestlé se implementen y se cumplan.
  3. Preparación de diseños, controles y especificaciones del proyecto, cronogramas, estimaciones de costos, producción, transporte, instalación, prueba y / o puesta en servicio de nuevas infraestructuras, instalaciones, equipamiento, etc.
  4. Asegurar el progreso y el desempeño contra el plan del proyecto; tomando medidas para resolver problemas operativos y minimizar retrasos.
  5. Identificar, desarrollar y reunir los recursos necesarios para completar el proyecto. Puede incluir la preparación de estándares de ingeniería, diseños y especificaciones de trabajo; desarrollar cronogramas, presupuestos y pronósticos de proyectos; y seleccionando materiales, equipo, personal del proyecto y contratistas externos.
  6. Aplica el conocimiento práctico del área de trabajo que se obtiene típicamente a través de educación y experiencia laboral.
  7. Trabaja de forma independiente con supervisión general.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería en especialidades, Industrial, Mecánica, Organización, Automática o similares.
  • Se valorará experiencia y conocimientos en industrias alimentarias.
  • Se valorará conocimientos en mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos, como PMI/PMBoK.
  • Se valorará Máster en competencias técnicas relacionadas.
  • Herramientas de diseño (AutoCad, etc).
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (B2 mínimo).
  • Dominio de Excel, MS Project y resto de aplicaciones Office.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y organización de personas.

Para tener éxito en este puesto, esperamos que tengas experiencia trabajando en un entorno de mantenimiento industrial, preferentemente con productos alimenticios y una fuerte orientación al servicio, con mucha iniciativa proactiva y pasión por la mejora continua, además de capacidad analítica, buenas habilidades organizativas y en el liderazgo de personas.
