**Lead Our Mission Control Center Team**


At Alén Space, we're expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our Mission Control Center team. With a passion for space technology and a talent for project management, you will help build the future of space technology.


Our team has developed a strict quality standard based on European Space Agency (ESA) and European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS) guidelines. As a project manager, you will work closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Plan and track project progress, identifying risks and obstacles
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders to track action items, solve problems, and agree on changes
  • Coordinate meetings and milestones reviews with clients
  • Coordinate technical teams from different areas to achieve project objectives
  • Track costs and time dedicated to the project according to the project plan and company internal processes
  • Communicate project metrics, risks, and deviations to the operations team

**Requirements:**



  • At least 2 years of experience in managing technical projects
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to international clients and stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude to solve problems
  • Good organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (C1 equivalent)
  • Valuable knowledge: PMI and agile concepts, academic background in engineering, experience with aerospace projects applying ECSS management standards, knowledge of ISO9001 and similar quality standards, experience in team management, and experience working with technical requirements
