German Customer Support Representative, Barcelona

Join our vibrant team as a Customer Support Representative in beautiful Barcelona
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or automated alerts, ensuring user needs are met efficiently.
- Record call details in our management system, maintaining timely responses and resolutions in line with our service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated on our products and services, particularly those tailored to individual customer needs.
- Escalate service issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members on specific projects and fulfill administrative responsibilities.
- Participate in regular team meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- C2/fluent in German (both verbal and written), with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role.
- Advanced IT knowledge in areas such as signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audiovisual products.
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Ability to take ownership of calls, progressing them to resolution or escalating as needed.
- Competitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
- Full-time work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
