We assist companies, foundations, institutions, and scientific associations in pushing the boundaries of their projects and carrying out their transformation processes.Overview The Account Director leads the strategy, growth, and execution of client accounts within the Health sector. Acting as the primary strategic advisor, this role ensures the agency delivers innovative, high‑quality solutions while driving profitability and business expansion. The Account Director also manages and develops a high‑performing team to maintain operational excellence across all projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, champion, and implement account strategies for Health clients, influencing key decisions.Identify growth opportunities and new business within existing accounts and potential clients.Ensure consistency and alignment across all client communications and initiatives (“One Voice”).Lead, motivate, and develop the account team, setting clear goals, processes, and sharing best practices.Manage recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional growth of team members.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and materials.Oversee strategic and tactical planning, integrating emerging technologies where relevant.Manage account profitability, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize financial outcomes.Present strategic and tactical plans clearly and persuasively to clients.Build and strengthen relationships with Health clients, proactively identifying opportunities to add value.Represent the agency at industry associations, events, and conferences relevant to Health.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or communications within the Health sector.Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Health Sciences (postgraduate in communications/marketing/advertising preferred).Deep knowledge of business trends, marketing channels, and digital technologies applied to Health.Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic communication skills.Advanced English proficiency.Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.Nice-to-HaveKnowledge of media planning tools such as Kantar Tom-Micro, Galileo, EGM, or similar, ideally applied to the health sector.Previous experience in agencies or clients in pharmaceuticals, hospitals, or health products.BenefitsFlexible Benefits (Coverflex): meal vouchers, health insurance, transportation, and more.Growth Opportunities: career advancement and access to local and global training programs.Free Online Training: unlimited courses from LinkedIn Learning and Udemy via “Marcel”.Partner Certifications: certifications from Meta, Google, or Amazon.Work from anywhere: telecommute up to 6 weeks from over 100 countries with #WorkYourWorld.Attractive holidays package including birthday & Advertising Day off and additional days off.✨ Work‑Life Balance: hybrid model with up to two days working from home and intensive summer hours, full remote during Easter, Christmas, and 3 weeks in summer.
