OurAI solutionsenhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision‑making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.We ask applicants to submit their CV in English.About the role:Working closely with an FMCG client, the Account Director works hand in hand with the client to manage the day‑to‑day running of projects, working within specified timeframes and budgets. Reporting to the Group Account Director based in Spain, the Account Director is part of a team of 20. We’re looking for exceptional characters who want to play a key part in an award‑winning agency pushing business growth and overseeing the smooth running of this creative agency. The Account Director is primarily responsible for client relationships.What you will be doing:Take overall financial control of accounts, including profitability, accuracy of forecasting,late payment, as well as fee negotiation, providing regular and timely reports to the Senior Account Director.Own the execution of projects, run rates and client satisfaction through catch‑ups with job ownersand the weekly account/project management WIP.Challenge the team creatively and strategically to create the best work possible.Accountable for the delivery of growth targets for the account.Escalation point if the client or internal SLA's and processes are not adhered to, or where there areprocess gaps. Ensure that these are captured along with a suggestion for improvement, and work withthe BD, Head of Operations or relevant department lead to rectify this.Negotiate to create win‑win compromises with your client on behalf of your team members where needed.Provide accurate gross profit & MI reports to senior management, including margin management.Own successful implementation on AI across the account in‑markets.What you need to be great in this role:Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influenceclients and build strong and effective working relationships.Experience working in a large retail brand.8+ years of relevant experience in: Creative, Digital, POS, and SocialProficiency in English & Spanish is required as we are a global business.Exceptional account leadership skills with a developed financial and commercial acumen,creative judgment, strategic thinking, talent management and business growth.A proven track record of commercial growth across new and existing business.First‑rate communication skills, with the ability to be articulate in person and in writing andstrong presentation skills with an innate rapport build.The ability to manage and develop junior team members.A clear understanding of all IIG group products and how to utilise this knowledge to the accounts advantage.Understanding of how to integrate with a client‑side team whilst maintaining a top‑tier agency service.Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to studio output.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.Our values shape everything we do:BeImaginativeto push the boundaries of what’s possible.Bealways learning and listeningto understand.Beactively pro‑inclusive and anti‑racistacross our community, clients and creations.OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
