Join us in shaping the next generation of enduring style.About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven jewelry specialist with proven business development expertise to lead our expansion in the Spain market. This role combines deep knowledge of stainless steel materials with a strategic approach to new client acquisition. You will be instrumental in building our Spain client portfolio while strengthening relationships with existing partners. This is a high-impact opportunity for a professional who excels at identifying opportunities and converting them into lasting partnerships.ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy to establish Yibi Jewelry as a leading stainless steel supplier in the Spain marketProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with emerging and established Spain fashion jewelry brandsBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, industry networking, and strategic partnershipsConduct market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive positioning opportunitiesClient Management & Technical Consulting Act as the primary technical and commercial contact for Yibi's Spain clients, focusing on stainless steel jewelry and accessories projectsFacilitate day-to-day communication and provide expert guidance on product development, sourcing, and manufacturing specific to stainless steel jewelryLeverage your material and market knowledge to advise clients and internal teams on design feasibility, aesthetics, and functional performanceStrategic Representation Lead or support key business negotiations and deliver compelling product and capability presentationsRepresent Yibi Jewelry at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibilityServe as a cultural and operational bridge between Spain clients and our China-based manufacturing teamsQualificationsBusiness Development Track Record: 8+ years in business development, sales, or strategic account management within the Spain fashion jewelry sector, with demonstrated success in new client acquisitionIndustry Expertise: Deep experience with stainless steel or mixed-metal categories, including proven ability to communicate technical value propositions to design and product teamsSales Achievement: Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully expanding market shareBrand Relationships: Established connections with Spain fashion jewelry brands such as Pdpaola, Unode 50, San Saru, Two Jeys or comparable labelsNetwork Value: Active, relevant connections within the Spain fashion jewelry industry that can generate immediate business opportunitiesTechnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of stainless steel jewelry manufacturing, finishing techniques, and supply chain dynamicsLanguage: Native or fluent English proficiencyRequired SkillsExceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with proven ability to close dealsStrategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and business planning capabilitiesCultural fluency in the Spanish market trends, consumer behavior, and brand expectationsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environmentPreferred SkillsBachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Merchandising, Engineering, Business, or related fieldExperience with market entry strategies and building distribution channelsPay range and compensation packagePerformance-based compensation structure with attractive commission incentivesPart-time or flexible remote/hybrid engagementA strategic role within a globally certified manufacturing leaderCompetitive package with unlimited earning potential based on resultsHow to ApplyIf you are a Spain-based business development expert with a passion for stainless steel innovation and a proven track record of driving growth, we invite you to apply.
