Our projects are related to innovation, strategy and talent management. Our customers are big companies such as airlines, pharmaceutical companies or car manufacturers, and also high potential small and medium companies.

As Consultant, he or she contributes to the development of the projects and is jointly responsible for the projects’ success. Some of the key aspects of this position are the following:

- Preparing reports and presentations based on desk research, working sessions with the customer as well as interviews with personnel and / or market players.
- Presenting the findings to the team and customers.
- Coordinating the project with the operations manager.
- Making key contributions and assuming direct responsibility over processes (end-to-end).
- Ownership of significant project areas.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & EXPERIENCE

− Background: Preferably in (applied) economics or business (additional Master is a plus).

− Combination of logical and analytical reasoning power, resulting in powerful synthesis and conclusion.

− Good communication skills in English and Spanish (orally as well as in writing).

− Customer and quality oriented attitude.

− Creative, entrepreneurial spirit.

− Flexible team player, ambitious, responsible, good balance between perfection and results.

Pay: 20,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
