My client is a growing software implementation consulting company and they are partnering with a leading AI driven HR software vendor with $400M in funding and support for their rapid growth.
They are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/HR Solution Implementation Consultant to join their great team in the center of Barcelona.
They are a fun and dynamic company with great culture, strong leadership from SAP and on course to the next big thing.
It's a really exciting role, as they’re in growth mode, so there are a lot of opportunities to learn and lots of exciting and interesting projects ahead.
You will be involved in driving discovery and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources team to understand their needs and act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects.
They are looking for both solid experience in client facing consulting and experience in HR transformation or HRIS or HCM and/or ATS with fluent English.
They are paying up to €70,000 + 10% bonus+ great benefits incl. 4 weeks of vacation, health benefits.
They have a beautiful office in Barcelona, but you can also work from home 3 times a week.
