My client is a growing software consulting company and they are partnering with leading AI driven HR software vendors with over $400M in funding and supporting their rapid growth.

They are looking for a Project Manager/Functional Consultant in HR Solutions Implementation to join their great team in the heart of Barcelona (Passeig de Gracia)

They are a fun and dynamic company with great culture, strong leadership from SAP and on course to the next big thing.

It's a really exciting role as they’re in hyper growth mode so a lot of opportunities to learn and lots of exciting and interesting projects ahead

You'll be involved in driving discovery and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources team to understand their needs and manage HR implementation projects. They are looking for both experience in managing SaaS HR implementation projects and HRIS/ATS or Successfactors or Workday.

They are paying up to €70K base + 10 % bonus + great benefits incl. 25 days of holiday.

They have a beautiful brand new office in the centre of Barcelona and you can also work from home a few days a week.

**Salary**: 55,000.00€ - 77,000.00€ per year

**Experience**:

- HRIS: 1 year (preferred)
- of Application Tracking System: 1 year (preferred)
- managing SaaS implementation projects: 1 year (required)
- successfactors or workday: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- fluent english (required)
