* JOB DESCRIPTIONFXSTREET is seeking a Senior UX/UI Technical Lead Designer to join our UX team and work on digital products within the financial, trading, and economic content space.You will join the UX team as a Technical Lead, currently composed of two designers, and will report directly to the CTO. You will be part of a cross-functional team—including design, product, and engineering—focused on the evolution of a specific business line and working within a Scrum-based methodology.In the case you first prefer to collaborate with us in a FREELANCE basis after 3 months, there is the chance the role may switch into a long term labor contract.* TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage the UX/UI team from a technical perspective and act as the company’s UX/UI expert and technical reference.Design wire-frames and evolve them into high-fidelity UI screens.Apply and adapt layouts and variants within an existing Design System.Ensure visual and functional consistency across screens and products.Iterate designs based on stakeholder and team feedback.Prepare clear design deliverables for development handoff.Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Design System as new products and features are introduced.* DESIRED PROFILETeam Management and leadership skillsMore than 3 years of experience working in UX/UI design for digital products.Strong UI design skills and solid understanding of UX principles.Advanced proficiency in Figma.Proven experience working with Design Systems.Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Background in the financial sector or knowledge of trading, stocks, cryptocurrencies, or financial markets is a strong plus.Tools: Figma / Adobe Ecosystem (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) / Jira / Slack* WHAT WE OFFERFreelance contract or labor contract (depending on candidates needs)Flexible schedule: From 8:00/9:00 to 17:00/18:00Hybrid work model: 3 days remote work + 2 days face to face workFixed yearly salaryContinuous learningCollaborative and fun environment with 10 passionate Software Engineers who love doing things the right way.
