Siamo alla ricerca di un Bid and Account Manager esperto e motivato da inserire in una nostra azienda partner software, una realtà multinazionale leader nei servizi innovativi per la gestione e l'ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali.
- Gestione gare d'appalto con enti pubblici su tutto il territorio nazionale, garantendo il rispetto delle scadenze e la conformità alle normative.
- Gestione commerciale dei clienti, con focus sulla costruzione e il mantenimento di relazioni solide e strategiche.
- Definizione del portafoglio di offerta per i clienti assegnati, identificando opportunità di business e soluzioni personalizzate.
- Analisi dei dati per monitorare i trend di mercato, l'andamento dei clienti e prevedere domanda e offerta future.
- Collaborazione con i team interni per la redazione di offerte tecniche ed economiche competitive.
- Supervisione delle fasi di post-gara per garantire un'implementazione efficace dei contratti acquisiti.
Requisiti:
- Titolo di studio: Laurea o Diploma in discipline affini (Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o simili).
- Esperienza: Almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Bid Manager o in posizioni analoghe.
- Competenze personali: Proattività, dinamismo e flessibilità. Spiccate capacità analitiche e orientamento al risultato. Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, con predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi. Capacità di ottimizzare processi e gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.
- Competenze tecniche: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. Familiarità con strumenti di analisi dati e software gestionali specifici per il ruolo.
