By joining our team, you will become part of this network and play a key role in driving meaningful conversations and partnerships.Your Role as Global Sales & Business Development Coordinator:Represent The Energy Year in new markets, living and working internationally Conduct high-level sales meetings with CEOs, ministers, and senior executives Develop and manage client relationships across multiple industries Lead sales campaigns and communication projects from start to finish Negotiate and close high-value advertising and partnership deals Represent the company at industry summits, conferences, and forums Oversee the full project cycle as our on-the-ground representativeWhat We’re Looking For:Academic background in business, economics, communications, or related fields 1–3 years of professional experience (strong graduates will also be considered) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with senior professionals Confidence, independence, and adaptability in new environments Fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are an advantage) Full availability to travel and relocate internationallyWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions Full relocation support: flights, housing, and logistical arrangements covered Comprehensive international health insurance Intensive training and mentorship to accelerate your development A structured career path with clear opportunities for advancement—many of our directors began in this role Exposure to the world’s most important economic and energy developments at a senior levelThis position is not only a job but acareer-defining opportunity .
