Grupotel Hotels & Resorts ofrece el puesto de Dirección de un hotel de 4 estrellas en Mallorca, con un contrato fijo discontinuo. Se busca una persona con formación en Gestión Hotelera y experiencia en un puesto similar durante un mínimo de 3 años. Asimismo, es requisito indispensable que hable alemán e inglés a nivel profesional y ponga la experiencia del cliente en el centro de su gestión. Tendrá la responsabilidad de mantener una alta reputación y facilitar la correcta gestión y coordinación de los distintos equipos y departamentos, garantizando un turismo de calidad, responsable y sostenible. RESPONSABILIDADES. Supervisión y control de la calidad del servicio. Coordinación e implantación de los procesos operativos fijados en los distintos departamentos. Impulso de los principios y estándares de la compañía, favoreciendo la mejora continua y la satisfacción del huésped. Selección de colaboradores (personal, proveedores, servicios externos, etc.) y planificación de plantilla para cada departamento. Atención al cliente, quejas, reclamaciones, sugerencias. Gestión de indicadores de reputación online y offline. Promoción de las relaciones públicas y la imagen corporativa. Elaboración y gestión de presupuestos. Elaboración de informes y reportes para los distintos departamentos centrales. Aplicación de programas de prevención de riesgos y salud laboral, así como de la legislación vigente.
Requisitos : - Formación en Gestión Hotelera, Turismo o similar. - Experiencia en un puesto similar durante un mínimo de 3 años. - Nivel profesional de inglés y alemán. - Conocimientos en gestión de PMS, Ventas/Comercial, Revenue Management y Cuentas de explotación. - Nivel avanzado de ofimática. - Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicativas, con alta resolución de conflictos. - Capacidad analítica y conocimientos administrativos/financieros.
