Posición: Performance ManagerGrupo: Namencis EducationMisión del rolDiseñar, ejecutar y optimizar la estrategia de marketing digital orientada a performance del grupo Namencis Education, maximizando la captación de leads cualificados y la conversión a matrícula, mediante una gestión eficiente del tráfico, la inversión publicitaria y el análisis continuo de datos.Objetivos del rolIncrementar el volumen de leads cualificados procedentes de canales digitales.Optimizar y reducir el coste por lead (CPL) y el coste por matrícula.Mejorar la tasa de conversión en cada etapa del funnel digital.Escalar campañas de adquisición manteniendo rentabilidad y calidad.Aumentar la eficiencia del retargeting y la recaptura de leads.Aportar visibilidad y control del rendimiento a través del análisis de datos.Responsabilidades principalesGestión de Tráfico y Paid MediaPlanificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de pago en canales como Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube y otros medios relevantes para el sector educativo.Gestionar presupuestos de inversión asegurando el máximo retorno.Identificar oportunidades de nuevos canales, formatos y audiencias.Optimización del Funnel DigitalAnalizar el comportamiento del usuario desde el clic hasta la conversión.Detectar y corregir fricciones en landings, formularios y flujos de captación.Colaborar con marketing y ventas para mejorar la conversión a entrevista y matrícula.Optimización del CPL y Coste por MatrículaReducir el CPL sin comprometer la calidad del lead.Medir y optimizar el coste por matrícula como métrica clave.Ajustar pujas, segmentaciones, creatividades y mensajes en base a resultados.Retargeting y Nurturing DigitalDiseñar y ejecutar estrategias avanzadas de retargeting.Coordinar acciones con email marketing y automatizaciones.Maximizar la conversión de leads no convertidos en primera interacción.Análisis y ReportingMedir y analizar métricas clave: CPC, CPL, CPA, conversión por etapa, ROAS.Elaborar reportes periódicos claros y accionables para Dirección de Marketing.Proponer mejoras continuas basadas en datos y aprendizajes.Testing y Mejora ContinuaDiseñar y ejecutar tests A/B en campañas, audiencias, creatividades y landings.Escalar lo que funciona y descartar rápidamente lo que no.Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias, herramientas y cambios en plataformas.Coordinación InternaTrabajar estrechamente con el Director/a de Marketing para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Coordinarse con el Director Creativo para la optimización de mensajes y formatos.Alinear acciones con ventas y admisiones para mejorar la calidad del lead.Indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs)Volumen de leads cualificados generadosCoste por lead (CPL)Coste por matrícula (CPA)Tasa de conversión por etapa del funnelRendimiento por canal y campañaResultados de retargeting y recapturaROAS y eficiencia de la inversión publicitaria
