We have revolutionized the invisible orthodontic sector with the best team of professionals specialized in making people smile and using the latest technology for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of all cases.Our business model, a true combination of medical expertise and digitalization has been recognized in the top fastest-growing Health-Tech companies by Forbes and we are currently listed as a LinkedIn Top 10 start-upBorn in Barcelona in 2019, we’ve grown to pioneer leading care, flagship clinics and state-of-the-art tech across 10 countries and we are expanding fast Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe.We’re looking for a hardworking, hands-on and dynamic Performance and Marketing Manager based in Barcelona to drive all Impress marketing activities for one of our key European markets.ResponsibilitiesDrive all Impress marketing and creative activities for one of our key European markets.Localise & deploy marketing initiatives & campaigns.Take care of all marketing operations across the country, with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients.Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC.Stay on top of health-tech market trends and support market research efforts where required.Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.).Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performanceWhat you need to be successful:Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health-tech sector.Strong knowledge of at least one European market (Germany, Netherlands, or another relevant country).Solid hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok Ads, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns end-to-end;Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non-digital channels.Both creative and analytical mindset.Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing.Strong written and verbal communications skills, you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.Fluent in English and ideally at least another European language.What we offer:Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and Top International Scale Up.Attractive Compensation package.Benefits with our treatments, aligners, and products.Collaborative work environment and positive culture.International and diverse teams.Coffee and fresh fruit every morningJoin our team and contribute to the financial success of our organizationAt Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
